This document reflects the storage, sync, and AI processing behavior of the current public beta.
Eligibility and account
You must be able to enter a contract where you live or have guardian authorization. Keep your account and Apple sign-in method secure and notify support if you discover unauthorized use.
Free workspace and beta
PDF import, reading, annotation, editing, subject organization, and iCloud sync are included in the free workspace. Public-beta features, test Credits, and availability may change during validation, and beta data may be cleared before launch with appropriate notice.
AI Credits and Apple payments
Successful server AI work may use AI Credits. When paid products launch, the in-app price, included Credits, term, and region will apply; Apple App Store and your Apple account govern payment, renewal, cancellation, and refunds. The current public beta does not process real charges.
Your content and permission
You must have the rights needed for material you upload or ask us to process. You retain rights in your content and give SSOCNote only the limited permission needed to provide storage, sync, requested AI processing, export, and support.
Prohibited use
Do not use the service for illegal activity, infringement, account or payment fraud, security bypass, malware, abusive automation, or academic misconduct. You remain responsible for following course, institution, and source-material rules.
AI output limitations
AI output is study assistance and may be incomplete or wrong. Check source material, instructor guidance, and official assessment criteria. Do not rely on it alone for legal, medical, financial, or other high-risk decisions.
Changes and restrictions
SSOCNote may change or discontinue features for quality, security, legal requirements, or product improvement. We may limit an account or feature as reasonably necessary for security threats, violations, abuse, payment disputes, or legal requests.
Termination and data
You can initiate account deletion in Settings. Local material, iCloud material, Apple purchase records, and legally retained records follow separate deletion paths described on the Account and Data Deletion page.
Warranty, liability, and law
The service is provided as-is and as available to the extent permitted by law. SSOCNote does not exclude liability for intent, gross negligence, or consumer rights that cannot be limited. Otherwise, the laws of the Republic of Korea and applicable mandatory consumer law govern; contact support@ssocnote.com with questions.
