Free features and AI Credits
Library, document viewing, editing, and handwriting are part of the free workspace. Successful server-side AI work such as Document AI, transcription/summaries, study sheets, review cards, and generated files may use AI Credits.
Apple payments and refunds
In-app purchases, subscriptions, renewals, refunds, and payment methods are handled according to Apple App Store policies and the user’s Apple account settings.
AI output limits
AI output is study assistance and may be incomplete or inaccurate. Important academic, legal, medical, or financial decisions should be checked against source material and qualified experts.
User material and prohibited use
Users must have the rights to material they upload or ask SSOCNote to process, and must not request unlawful content, rights-infringing content, or academic misconduct.
Account deletion and restrictions
Users can start account deletion in the app. SSOCNote may limit access or retain minimized records where needed for security, fraud prevention, billing, legal obligations, or service protection.
