Manage iCloud/CloudKit material through your Apple account and iCloud settings. Deleting a SSOCNote account alone does not automatically delete material held by Apple in your iCloud account.
Signed-in users can start account deletion in Settings. The server revokes sessions, removes linked Apple and profile data, and deletes or anonymizes AI request, job, and asset-relay data that is not subject to retention.
Apple manages App Store purchases, refunds, subscriptions, and receipts. SSOCNote may retain minimum transaction, Credit-ledger, and audit records needed for accounting, refunds, chargebacks, fraud prevention, and law.
Names, email, messages, device details, screenshots, logs, and attachments in support or privacy mail are processed to resolve the request and complete required follow-up. Unneeded attachments are eligible for deletion when that purpose ends.
Send access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or objection requests to privacy@ssocnote.com. We may verify identity before disclosing or changing account information and will explain applicable exceptions or retention duties.
