アカウントとデータの選択は自分で。

ローカルデータ、iCloud データ、SSOCNote サーバーデータ、Apple 決済記録は範囲が異なる場合があります。

Local device deletion

Deleting all local data in Settings removes only the local database and files on that device. It does not delete the SSOCNote account, iCloud data, or Apple billing records.

iCloud data

iCloud/CloudKit data is controlled through the user’s Apple account and iCloud settings. Deleting a SSOCNote account does not directly delete Apple-held iCloud data.

SSOCNote account deletion

Signed-in users can start SSOCNote account deletion in app Settings. The backend revokes sessions, removes linked Apple identity data, and deletes or anonymizes non-retained server data.

Apple billing records

App Store payments, refunds, subscriptions, and receipt records are managed by Apple. SSOCNote may retain minimized transaction and credit ledger records needed for billing support and accounting.

Privacy requests

Access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, and objection requests that cannot be handled in the app can be sent to privacy@ssocnote.com. We may verify identity before disclosing account-specific information.

Support mail and attachments

Support or privacy email may include names, email addresses, message content, device details, screenshots, logs, and attachments. Unneeded attachments are deletion candidates after the request is resolved.
