01Is SSOCNote just a flashcard app?
No. Review cards are one outcome. The core product connects PDF reading, annotation, lecture notes, Document AI, study sheets, and review in one workspace.
02How much of my material can AI see?
The default is the current document. AI may use the current page, selected range, library, web scope, or attachments only when you ask for or select that scope.
03When are AI Credits charged?
Credits are used when server AI successfully completes work such as Document AI, lecture transcription and summaries, study sheets, review cards, or generated files.
04What can I do for free?
Importing PDFs, reading, annotation, subject organization, and iCloud sync are part of the free note workspace.
05Where do generated materials go?
Study sheets, review cards, and generated files can be linked back to the related document or subject so you can reopen or download them later.
